Low-Carb Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 C cottage cheese
- 2 C eggs
- 1/2 C broccoli, cooked, chopped
- 1/2 C ham, diced
- 1/2 C Cheddar or Colby cheese, grated
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients, then season to taste. Pour into a buttered pie dish, place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 45 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Plate and serve.
